Ventresca, Inc. has a highly skilled team that has the hands on experience to get your underground utilities project done correctly and efficiently. We have worked in marine environments with ocean influenced ground water. We have worked in swamp like areas with high ground water. This is our niche. We are bonded and insured, have worked in numerous towns and state, establishing great relationships. Ventresca, Inc. specializes in heavy utility construction. We install and replace water sewer and drain pipelines of any size and material. We have the capacity to setup temporary bypass systems to minimize impact to residents. Incidentally we restore the land we disturb. We pave, restore walkways curbing and landscape. Ventresca, Inc. also gets involved in trenchless technologies in environmentally sensitive areas and when less evasive options are available to provide the best quality service.
SITE DEVELOPMENT
Ventresca, Inc. starts a site development in an orderly fashion that is least invasive and most effective. Each project is unique and we tailor the operations to the needs of the project. Whether it is phasing or producing a segment at a time, we work with you from the beginning to the end. Our site development services expand from contact utility owners to establish a proper schedule, establishing erosion to minimize any debris escaping site, clearing and grubbing if required, demolition of any existing structures if required, cuts and fills (establishing the correct sub grade to install utilizes and road), installing water sewer drains, and much more…
SAFETY
Ventresca, Inc. meets or exceeds OSHA standards, each employee is required to have a minimum 10 hour certification. Each employee is supplied a class III safety vest, hard hat required at all times to be worn. Additionally safety glass, ear plugs are supplied. Our labor force dresses with the proper OSHA require clothing and boots. Ventresca, Inc. meets or exceeds MADOT standards, all equipment and trucks are equipped with additional DOT Tape, fire extinguisher, road triangles. We comply with permits for non reducible loads. Additionally trucks and equipment all have provisions to operate . All equipment is insured, all vehicles that travel over the road are registered.
SNOW MANAGEMENT
Ventresca Inc provides a full service snow and ice management plan and implements it 24/7 to put your mind at ease. This is achieved by providing the snow and ice management that is custom tailored to your needs. More importantly we own the equipment and have the labor force to get the job done.
